STRESSSSSS.

And oddly enough, not from school.

I'm about to kill management at Future Shop. Kaila, Michelle and myself are all part time associates and we're all full time University/College students. Michelle and I ask for around 16 hrs a week and Kaila asks for 22 ( she has rent to pay ).. what do we get? Michelle and I get around 25 hrs and Kaila gets 33. And they expect us to be able to do that? There's no way with how much homework and assignments we get. I can't do my school work to my best ability if I have to rush to work right after class, with no time to work on my pieces in the studio. It's total bull.. And the reason? Well apparently, "FS has given you so much.. and it's time you owe up."

ARE YOU KIDDING?

With all the shit we do for that store, there's no way that makes any sense. When I was full time, I devoted so much time to that place. I worked so much overtime, I even stayed without getting paid to finish up things.. it's just total bull. Kaila and Michelle are such hard workers too, and this is what we get?

Stupid.

If this isn't fixed, they're gonna have a problem on their hands. All the part timers, who are also senior staff quitting all at once?
