I love University. Well, so far. ;P It's just.. amazing after a full year of working at Future Shop full time. I think that place was sucking the life out of me, lmao. My course load is pretty easy, although I know I'll have a crazy amount of projects to do through the year.
Monday: 1:00PM - 5:00PM > Image Structure and Meaning
Tuesday: 1:00PM - 3:30PM > Drawing Foundations
Wednesday: 11:00AM - 2:00PM > Foundations of Composition
Thursday: 8:00AM - 12:00PM > 2D Foundations + 1:00PM - 3:30 PM > Drawing Foundations
So, as you can see.. my days aren't exactly grueling, lol. But seeing as how I only really have one of each class once a week ( aside from Drawing Foundations ), I'll have an assignment/project per class to be due the next class. That's a fantastic 5 projects a week. Oddly enough, I'm not too freaked out. I've been borderline OCD organized with my stuff and things have gone smoothly so far. I feel that if I keep on top of things, I can do this.
OCD I say? Yes..
My binder is separated into five sections, one for each day of the week / each class. The hand-out sheets are organized, and I highlight my notes and hand-outs in a color coded fashion. Green for titles, orange for important times and places, yellow for general important info and blue for assignments. I also have little colored post-it tabs to mark important assignment pages. Yellow for Art assignments and blue for Written assignments
My day planner is also organized. Each day has written in what class I have, when and where. I write down my homework, special events and when I work in there, as well. I also use my precious post-it tabs to mark dates in the future when things are due. Each class has it's own colored tab..
Hmmm, I think I need help. LOL
