Decode Needs a New Routine.

Man, oh maaaan do I ever. I need a new routine, some new habits.. maybe a new hobby. Anything! It's the constant same old, same old and I think I'm about to lose my head. In the bigger picture, I am rather terrified of change. Too many people have changed, too many things have changed for the worse.. blah blah, Shayla fears change ( much like I fear almost everything else. I need some good, solid therapy. :P ). But I love change on smaller levels. And I think I deserpately need some change.

My day in a nutshell is as follows:

1. Wake up around 12-1:30 PM.
2. Laze about for a little bit before making "breakfast".
3. Begin to feel the tiredness from my lack of quality sleep.
4. Crawl back into bed and sleep from around 3- 6 PM.
5. Go out with friends till around 11 PM.
6. Get home and either kill time on the computer.. or sleep more.
7. If I slept, wake up around 1 AM and remain up until around 5:30 AM.
8. Sleep.

Rinse and repeat.

That should so not be my life at the age of 18, lmao. Goddamnit I should be out being irresponsible, drunk and high like every other teenager.. oh wait, no thanks. I think my problem is lack of will power. As soon as I get a little sleepy I don't much hestitate before going back to bed to catch more ZZzz's. I think the first step is living with being tired and instead of sleeping, find something to do. ANYTHING but sleep. D:< "Shayla, you're tired all the time because you have the worst sleeping habits I've seen since.. EVER!" Guilty as charged. :/ But it's just become a major habit to be up until the birds start singing at me. Terrible habit, but I love me some late night gaming.

In conclusion, I need to sleep less during the day. I refuse to give up late nights until school starts ( I am so living it up. xD ) so I figure I'm just going to have to man up and stop napping like I'm..

a) a cat
b) an infant
c) an 80 year old woman
d) a patient in comatos

But anyways. I'll start on that later.. For now, it's time for a nap! :P

j/k... Or am I?
